Progress!

Finally, I'm getting around to posting these pictures. The bathroom is completely finished, other than hanging a new towel bar and a window shade, and needing a couple outlet covers.
Rachel helped me repaint our bedroom as well:
Now all we need is to find a bed :).
Chris has done a ton of work in the basement the last couple weeks. He finished the office and has moved on to the rest of the basement. Rachel and I had removed the wallpaper a while ago, and Chris had to repair drywall and add insulation, paint walls and ceiling, install new light fixtures, install new flooring, and a couple of other little detail-type jobs. I love the way it came out! Now all we have to do is hang some pictures and finalize the furniture arrangement.

I discovered after taking all of these pictures, that the dots are caused by dust in the air when using the flash. Whoops!

What used to be the office is now a second spare bedroom (again with lots of dust spots):
The futon that used to be in the basement, is now in the little craft room and has been repainted from black to white. The futon slipcover just needs some ironing, and to add some decorative pillows. Then, it'll go on another wall as soon as we have the sewing table moved.
This week, I've also painted the dining room chairs, and Chris has been painting the frame of the drop ceiling of the basement white (it was black, and hideous). When he's done with the ceiling, we'll paint the walls and then put in the rest of the flooring and baseboards.
Things are moving along pretty nicely!
